There are lots of easy ways to earn money for Stober Elementary. Please participate in as many programs as possible by signing up to support Stober. Details on each of these programs are provided below, but if you have any questions, reach out to one of the PTA Board members. Help multiply our efforts by sending the link to this page to your friends and family and asking them to do the same. By working together, we can earn money for Stober Elementary!
Dine to Donate
Looking for a fun and easy way to support the PTA? Dine to Donate is a partnership between local restaurants and the Stober PTA. On a designated day every month, you and your family can dine out at these partnering establishments, and a portion of the proceeds from your meal will be donated back to the PTA.
Stober Stampede
Every fall, we gear up for this fun event, during which every student strives for their personal best and runs laps around the field behind Stober while facing fun obstacles and music. Students raise money for the school by reaching out to friends and family members for support, either by flat or per-lap donations. The Stober Stampede has turned into our largest fundraising event of the year. It’s a great opportunity for families to come together and support students as they raise money for their school community.
Gala & Silent Auction
The annual Stober Gala is a highly anticipated event that brings together parents, teachers, and community members for an evening of fun and fundraising. Held every April, this adults-only event aims to raise funds to purchase updated technology equipment for the school, including student iPads. The funds also support books and supplies for classrooms, training for teachers, field trips, science fairs, school events, and more. There are several ways to show your support:
- Purchase an event ticket and attend the gala
- Purchase a ticket for a teacher
- Become a Family Sponsor
- Become a Business Sponsor
- Donate an item/experience/service for the live or silent auction
- Bid on exciting auction items at the event
King Soopers Shopping Card
The King Soopers Shopping Cards is a simple and effortless way to support the Stober PTA’s mission of enhancing your child’s education. By using these cards, 5% of every dollar you spend at King Soopers will be donated back to the Stober PTA without any additional cost to you. To participate in this program, you must link your King Soopers shopping card with the Stober PTA. This can easily be done through the app or online by navigating to “Community Rewards” under “My Account” and selecting Stober PTA as your organization of choice.
It’s a win-win situation – you can do your regular grocery shopping while also supporting your child’s school community.
Additional Ways to Support the PTA
There are many other ways to support the PTA. One of the most common ways is through monetary donations. Here are some options for donating to the PTA:
- Donate directly through the Stober Memberhub Store. There are two donation options: “Load the Lounge” and “General PTA Donation Fund.” These donations help provide snacks, resources, programs, and support for our school community.
- Encourage your business to become a PTA sponsor. This is an opportunity for local businesses to give back to the community and promote their services while supporting educational initiatives at our school. Contact us for more information on becoming a sponsor.
